I have the right to decline any order.
Portrait, Bust-up and Chibi commissions are for personal use only. Do let me know beforehand if you plan to use it for commercial-use.
Commercial-use (for streaming/merch) will have an additional; 20% for Streaming (ex. Thumbnail, etc) and 30% for Merch (ex. Keychains, Stickers, Charms, etc.) on the price
VTuber Assets are considered to be a commercial-use (for streaming; price is fixed)
Full payment upfront after the sketch is approved.
Payment via PayPal (USD) GCash (PHP) or Ko-Fi or in VGen
Strictly NO REFUND (unless I'm unable to complete the commission due to any personal reasons / may consider if it's an emergency)
Credits are required.

Please provide a clear reference for your commission, additional descriptions are appreciated.
Process
During the sketch process, please be clear with every change/s you want to make. Revisions are not accepted once I'm done with the line art and base color (unless its some minor changes and can be fixed)
Each process (sketch, lineart + base color) will be updated to the client.
Turnaround Time (TAT) - For portrait and chibi, it usually takes 2-4 days after the client approved the sketch. The chair would take 2-5 days (after sketch is approved). For the assets, it would take 1-4 days, depending on what type of asset.
For commercial-use commissions, do tell me if there will be a deadline.
Rushed Commissions (comms that are needed within the day or the next day) and Priority Commissions (prioritizing your comms first) will have an additional 10% on the price
Commissioned piece will be sent thru Gmail
You will receive: PNG files with various versions; with trademark (when you post it on public), without trademark, and one with a transparent background (for Chibi comms)
